Tianshui Normal University

Founded in 1959, Tianshui Normal University is known for its excellent teaching quality, research potentials and its strong links to local agriculture, industry and education. This was confirmed by the National-wide University Evaluation Program initiated by Ministry of Education of the PRC in 2007. This university offers 49 undergraduate and 9 postgraduate programs in arts, science, education, history, law, engineering, economy, and management for Chinese and oversea students, and also provides Continuing Professional Development Programs for local teachers of basic education and engineering technicians of industry and agriculture. The university consists of 17 schools, 22 departments, 8 research centers and 20 academic institutes, with 49 undergraduate and postgraduate programs, covering a wide range of disciplines such as liberal arts, science, engineering, law, management, pedagogy, economics, history, arts etc. And the he university has long-established academic exchanges with the universities and research institutes in America, Britain, France, Australia,and Ukraine .
